Publisher review: HEARmonics - Make harmonic complex with noise, mistuned harmonics and cosine volume envelope for use with auditor This is a simple function which generates a harmonic complex sound which can be distorted with noise or by mistuning individual harmonics. It was specifically designed as an early test-bed for with pitch determination algorithms and auditory models. The code is heavily commented which should make tweaking easy. The resulting stimulus is plotted in the time domain, the frequency domain and in joint t-f domain as a spectrogram to make things as clear as possible.Check back for more useful code and updates. This version is more of a toy at the moment to get experience at posting on MATLAB central. Please feel free to comment or suggest features to add.
